Where do you ship to? 
We ship worldwide. 

What are the shipping costs? 
Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Nationaal: €7,50
• International: €15,00
• From the purchase amount of €75 shipping costs are waived.
• From the purchase amount of €300, shipping costs are waived international.

What is the waiting time for an order?
Shipping is done twice a week by Bpost. After ordering, you will receive a track and trace code.

Returns and exchanges

Als u niet tevreden bent met uw aankoop, retourneer de artikelen dan binnen de 14 dagen na ontvangst. De Belgische wet op handelspraktijken, informatie en bescherming van de consument laat de aankoper toe om het product te retourneren, op voorwaarde dat het product ongebruikt en onbeschadigd geretourneerd wordt. Gebruik onderstaand retourformulier opm uw producten terug te sturen.

Cost: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. If you require an exchange, we will send the new product free of charge.

Refuns: If you wish, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding the shipping costs charged.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of return. We are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for packing and shipping a return.

Through which means of payment can I pay?
Payment can be made via the most common payment methods. An overview:
