What are the shipping costs? 
Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• National: €8,50
• International: €17,00
• From the purchase amount of €100,00 shipping costs are waived.
• From the purchase amount of €300,00, shipping costs are waived international.

What is the waiting time for an order?
Shipping is done twice a week by Bpost. After ordering, you will receive a track and trace code.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items within 14 days of receipt. The Belgian law on commercial practices, information and consumer protection allows the buyer to return the product, provided that the product is returned unused and undamaged. Use the return form below to return your products.​

Cost: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. If you require an exchange, we will send the new product free of charge.

Refuns: If you wish, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding the shipping costs charged.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of return. We are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for packing and shipping a return.
